The Collection Takes Inspiration From The Greek Mythological Tale Of King Midas Of Phrygia Who With His “Golden Touch” Was Able To Turn Everything He Touched To Gold. This Specific Reference Was Introduced In 1972 And Saw The Implementation Of Leather Straps To The Line. This 28mm Timepiece Features A Distinctive Pentagonal Asymmetrical 18k Yellow Gold Case That Is “Left Handed” With The Crown Being Positioned On The Left, A Gold Mirror Dial Boasting The Rolex Crown, An Original Black Alligator Leather Strap With Rolex Crown-Clasp, And A Sapphire Crystal. This Reference Is Manual-Wind And Powered By Caliber 1600. Excellent Condition, All Original, Unpolished.
